GEN. A.J. KAZIR (RTD) CFR: Chairman

Gen. Kazir started his career in Military when he passed and reported at 3rd regular course in NDA 3 on 3rd September 1967. He also attended series of courses both in Nigeria and abroad USA, UK, India, USSR & Pakistan. He served as principal staff officer to President – Gen. Babangida and later appointed as Kwara State Administrator in Jan. 1990. Because of his excellent
performance when he was State Administrator for 2years, he was posted as a Brig. Gen. to the Command and Staff College first as Director Army faculty and later posted to the Military Secretariat Department in 1993.

Gen. Kazir reached the peak of his chosen Professional when he was appointed Chief of Army Staff (COAS) on 22nd August 1994. He had a very good grasp of his responsibility and exhibited a lot of foresight, vision and focus for Nigeria Army. He retired voluntarily from Nigeria Army after 29years of meritorious service.

He was conferred with a National honour of “Commander of Federal Republic” (CFR) in 2004, and he was a Delegate in the ongoing National Political Reform Conference (CONFAB) representing Yobe State. He is married and blessed with Children. As the Chairman of the Board, his wealth of experience has contributed immensely to the success story of FEMAB properties Limited.

MR. BIODUN AGUDA: Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Aguda graduated from Ogun State University in 1991 with a B.Sc degree in Economics. He began his working career in 1992 with Akinwale Stanley & Co. (A firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers) in Lagos. While at Akinwale Stanley & Co., Mr. Aguda brokered several mega deals. His brilliant performance saw to his meteoric rise to the post of Senior Consultant‐Properties in 1994. He later proceeded to the University of Lagos for his post‐graduate studies where he obtained his Masters Degree in Marketing in 1995. Upon graduation from the University of Lagos, Mr. Aguda joined Dream Finance Limited as Marketing Manager and also worked with Amicable Insurance Plc in same capacity. He later resigned to establish a property consultancy firm under the name Femab Global Ventures. He has over the years initiated series of private
sector initiatives in estate development.
Mr. Aguda is a resourceful and experienced property expert whose Midas touch and impressive performance led to the transformation of Femab Global Ventures to Femab Properties Limited. His numerous contributions to estate development in Nigeria, has earned him and the company several awards within a short period among which are:
1. Lagos Housing Fair Award For Excellence
2. Pillar of National Development (Gold Award) by Today’s People International
    Magazine.
3. Patriotic Achievers Award by Franc nolly Incorporation.
4. Property and Environmental Writers Association of Nigeria Special recognition award     to name a few.

He is happily married with children.

Engr. Ramoni Adeniyi Okeowo: Director

Engr. Okeowo studied Civil Engineering at the Obafemi Awolowo University, where he obtained Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. He equally proceeded to study for his Master programme in the same University where he obtained masters in Business Administration.

He started his working career with the Ministry of Works and Housing, Abeokuta. He did his youth service in Bursari Local Government, Yobe State. He worked briefly with IQSA Group in Lagos as Site Engineer. He moved on to ENCON International Limited as Senior Engineer. Here he was Head of Human and Material Development as well as the Consulting Unit. These portfolios exposed him to Rehabilitation and redesigning of laudable landmarks such as Graphics House Commercial Development at Plot 502, Zone A2, Abuja among others.

He has equally worked with Costain‐West Africa Construction Company as Planning Engineer. He again moved to Shell Petroleum Development Company Limited where he presently works. His wealth of experience in the construction industry is a plus to us. Engr. Okeowo is a member of Nigerian Society of Engineers as well as Registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulations of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He is equally a member, International Association for Bridge and Structural Engineering.

M. O. BAKARE: Director

Mr. Bakare graduated from Ogun State University 1991 with a B.Sc degree (Second Class Upper Division) in Economics. Upon graduation, he was retained as a Graduate Assistant in the Department of Banking & Finance of the University. He later proceeded for his post‐graduate studies in Economics at the University of Ibadan where he obtained his M.Sc degree. Between 1992 and 1997, Mr. Bakare was a lecturer in the Banking & Finance Department of Ogun State University where he taught various courses at the undergraduate level. He also participated in various international and local seminars and workshops sponsored by African Economic Research Consortium (A.E.R.C.), based in Kenya, Federal Government of Nigeria, and National Population Research Fund (N.P.R.F.) among others. He began his banking career with Ecobank Nigeria Plc in 1997 and worked in various departments vis‐à‐vis Operations, Marketing, Strategic Planning Unit and Treasury Group. He later rose to the position of Head, Currency Trading Unit in 2000. At Ecobank, Mr. Bakare was a member of the Bank’s Assets & Liability Management Committee. He joined Diamond Bank Ltd in March 2000 where he worked in various capacities and later became the Head, Foreign Currency Treasury before joining Societe Generale Bank Ltd, in 2002 as Manager, Treasury Division.

Mr. Bakare was seconded in February 2003 to Bukola Saraki’s campaign organization as Head Economic Policy Unit with the overall responsibility of developing a comprehensive development Agenda for Kwara State. He was later appointed as a Special Assistant (Economic Affairs) to the Executive Governor of Kwara State. The position he held till June 2004. Mr. Bakare is presently the Managing Partner of HSLM Trust & Associates Limited (An Assets & Portfolio Management Company).
